Direction of use
- This equipment is designed for commercial Use. Only trained person may operate the equipment.
- Read instructions before use.
- Remove all packing material from the equipment.
- Always get the equipment electrically connected by a professional electrician.
- Make sure there is a MCB safety device near the equipment through which the supply is given.
- The panel consists of one / two knobs, two indicator lights and on / off switch.
- After plugging the machine, the power indicator light will switch ON. Turn the top/bottom heater selector knob (extreme right) to ON position (first position) in the clockwise direction, this will switch ON both top and bottom heaters. Next position (bottom) is for switching only bottom heater. Next position (on left) is to switch ON only top heater. When the heaters are ON, the heater indicator light will switch ON. (For CT300).
- Before toasting the bread, heat the toaster for 12-15 mins first. There is a conveyor belt on/off switch, this will switch ON the motor for conveyor and the belt will start moving. Then try to bake 2 pieces of bread slices and adjust the temperature (through the temperature selctro knob) according to the toasting colour of bread slices. If your need colour dark, turn the temperature to maximum. After adjustment, put the bread slices on the conveyor and the bread slices are shipped into the toaster for baking.
- After baking, the bread slices will be shipped to the bottom tray and will be shipped to the front via the bottom tray automatically. If you like to take them from the back, you can fix the small tray on the back slots as shown in image. The baked bread slice will be shipped into the back tray.
- After operation, please turn the temperature knob counter clockwise in the original position and cut OFF the power.
- Remove the container drip tray and remove all the impurities.
- Clean the toaster surface and wires with damp cloth.
- Troubleshooting: In case equipment is not heating, there an be few possibilities:
- 1. Check the mains electrical cable outer and inner connection.
- 2. Check all electrical connections both sides of the machine.
- In case the belt is not moving, there can be few possibilities:
- 1. Check the connections of the motor as well as the speed controller.
- 2. Check the functioning of the gears are slipping.
- 3. Make sure the chain inside the machine is moving smoothly on the two sprocket gears. Always do proper greasing of this chian.
- Do's and Dont's: 1. Don't contribute to work on the machine if the ventilation fan at the bottom not working.
- 2. In case of any food item gets stuck in the conveyor, do not insert any item in moving conveyor to remove food item. Knidly switch of the conveyor and remove the food item and then switch on the machine.
- 3. Avoid continuous operation at maximum temperature of equipment for longer life.
