Direction of use
- This equipment is designed for commercial Use. Only trained person may operate the equipment.
- Read instructions before use.
- Remove all packing material from the equipment.
- Always get the equipment electrically connected by a professional electrician.
- Make sure there is a MCB safety device near the equipment through which the supply is given.
- In the control panel, there is a top and bottom heater selection switch, temperature control thermostat and indicator light.
- Initially set the temperature to the desired value using the temperature control knob and select the position for the heater selection switch.
- As you set the temperature control knob, indicator light will switch ON, Indicating the heater is ON. When the desired temperature is attained indicator light will switch OFF.
- The oven requires a pre-heating time of 15 minutes for you to start the baking.
- After your work, turn all controls to OFF position.
- After cooling, clean the equipment and stone regularly
- Troubleshooting: In case equipment is not heating, there an be few possibilities.
- 1. Open the top cover to check the connections.
- 2. Check the mains electrical cable outer and inner connection.
- 3. Check the thermostat continuity and electrical connections.
- Do's and Don'ts: 1. Avoid continuous operation at maximum temperature of equipment for longer life.
- 2. Don't leave the equipment unattended in ON position.
