Direction of use
- This equipment is designed far commercial Use. Only trained person may operate the equipment.
- Read instructions before use.
- Remove all packing material from the equipment.
- Always get the equipment electrically connected by a professional electrician.
- Make sure there is a MCB safety device near the equipment through which the supply is given.
- The panel consists of two digital meters and four buttons.
- After switching ON the machine, to set the temperature, you may increase or decrease the temperature with the UP or DOWN buttons and press enter.
- Timer: 1.To set the timer, Press PAGE button -> ENTER button (2 times) -> set the time required with the UP or DOWN buttons and then press ENTER twice. 2. To start the timer, Press PAGE button -> ENTER button -> UP button -> ENTER button. 3.The timer gives buzzer sound for 5 seconds. After one cycle of timer ends, it has to be started manually again every time as per the above procedure. 4.To stop the timer in between, Press PAGE button -> ENTER button -> UP button -> ENTER button.
- Temperature Lock: 1.To lock the temperature settings, Press PAGE button -> ENTER button (3 times) -> UP button -> ENTER button. 2.To unlcok the temperature settings, Press PAGE button -> ENTER button (3 times) -> DOWN button -> ENTER button.
- After usage turn all controls to OFF position.
- After cooling, clean the equipment properly.
- Troubleshooting: In case equipment is not heating, there an be few possibilities.
- 1. Check the mains electrical cable outer and inner connection by opening botom sheet.
- 2. Check all electrical connections on both sides top and bottom of the equipment.
- 3. Check the thermostat continuity and electrical connections.
- Do's and Dont's: 1. Don't leave the equipment unattended in ON position.
- 2. Make use of wooden laddle to prevent scratches on the coating.
- 3.There is no gurantee of coating and mechanical damage.
- 4.Avoid continuous operation of machine for longer life coating.
- 5. Always plates open, when not in use.
