Direction of use
- In the boiling milk, add lemon juice or curd or vinegar and stir the milk.
- After milk begins to curdle, switch off the flame and allow it to settle for minute.
- And, pour it in the mold plate placed in the serving bowl.
- All the water will come out through the holes and squeeze it with lid to remove the remain excess water.
- Paneer will be in ready, remove it from the mold plate and slice it into cubes.
